  • Low blood pressure
  • Menstruation
  • Pregnancy
  • Back pain
  • Diabetes

 

Alternative Pose:

Ardha Navasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Uttansana

 

Reverse Poses:

Badhha Konasana, Halasana, Utkatasana, Ardha Setu-baddhaasna
