Contraindications and Cautions

  • Knee problem, Wrist injury

 

Alternative Pose:

Kumbhakasana, Vasisthasana, Ardha Padmasana, Chaturanga Dandasana, Padmasana

Reverse Poses:

Gomukhasana, Virasana, Ardha Bhekasana, Janu Sirasana

  • Strengthens the wrists, arms legs and muscles along the side of the body and hips.
  • Counters a sideways curvature of the spine.
  • Improves concentration and balance.
  • Regulates and balance the whole body.
